Refund Policy

At Hacker Academy (Trade Name: AADISH JAIN), we strive to provide high-quality digital courses and services. Since our products are digital in nature, returns are generally not applicable. However, we do provide a limited refund option under specific conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
    • Technical issues where the customer is charged but does not receive course access.
  • Refunds are not applicable once course access, downloadable materials, or digital credentials have been provided and used.

Refund Mode

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
  • Refunds will typically reflect in your account within 2–4 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Once digital course content or access has been granted and used, refunds will not be possible.
